Exposeco Negotiation Package Agreement

By purchasing Exposeco’s Negotiation Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Purpose of the Package
Exposeco’s Negotiation Package is designed to save you money by negotiating the best possible deal on your Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) project. Our goal is to secure savings without compromising the quality of work or equipment specified in your contractor’s proposal.
Upfront Payment and Savings-Based Fee
- You agree to pay a one-time, upfront fee of $799 for Exposeco’s negotiation services.
- Exposeco earns half of the total savings achieved from our negotiation efforts. For example, if we save you $1,000, $500 will be retained by Exposeco, and you will receive $299 back from your upfront payment.
- If no savings are achieved, Exposeco will refund your full upfront fee.
Submission of Contractor Proposal
- You must submit your selected contractor proposal to Exposeco either by email or through your Exposeco account portal before negotiations can begin.
- Negotiations will not commence until the proposal is submitted.
Timeliness and Responsibility
- You agree to move forward with the negotiated price promptly, as contractors may revoke discounted pricing after a certain period. Exposeco is not responsible for price changes or delays in your decision to proceed.
Scope of Negotiation
- Exposeco negotiates strictly on pricing and terms without altering the agreed-upon scope of work or specified equipment in the proposal.
- You acknowledge that any further changes to the project after negotiation may impact the pricing and are outside the scope of Exposeco’s services.
Customer Commitment
- You confirm that you are ready to proceed with the project once the negotiated price is finalized.
- If you choose not to move forward with the contractor after the negotiation, Exposeco will retain its portion of the savings earned.
Refund Policy
- If Exposeco is unable to secure any savings, you will receive a full refund of your upfront payment.
- Refunds will not be provided if the customer fails to move forward due to reasons outside Exposeco’s control.
Disclaimer
- While Exposeco strives to achieve the maximum savings possible, specific results may vary based on contractor terms and market conditions.
- Exposeco does not guarantee acceptance of the negotiated price by the contractor, but all efforts will be made to advocate on your behalf.
