You can upload your proposals directly through your customer portal on Exposeco’s website. Alternatively, you will receive an email from us, allowing you to send the documents via email if that’s more convenient for you.
Once you completed uploading proposals for review, we do not offer refunds. Our commitment is to provide you with thorough and valuable recommendations, regardless of whether you proceed with the project.
Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time before your contractor recommendation report is completed. However, once the report is finalized, upgrading is no longer an option, and you would need to purchase a new package if you wish to access additional services.
If you’re replacing multiple heating and air conditioning units at the same physical address, we’ve got you covered. You can submit proposals for all the units at that location under the same package.
For business locations, we recommend filling out our custom package inquiry form. This allows us to assess your specific needs and provide an accurate quote for the scope of work required. Our other packages are specifically designed for residential use.
